The lawsuit alleges that Price Chopper/Market 32 has a policy, pattern, and/or practice of misclassifying Co-Managers as exempt from overtime. The lawsuits seek to recover all unpaid overtime owed to Co-Managers who work or have worked for Price Chopper/Market 32 during the last several years.
