Conway Legal is actively investigating claims on behalf of the following:

Healthcare Providers:

If you were employed by a hospital as a nurse and recorded your hours using a timekeeping system that rounded your clock-in or -out time to the nearest hour, or you were not provided with an uninterrupted meal break, you may be owed compensation. We would like to speak with you. Please call Conway Legal at (215) 278-4782.

Assistant and Store Managers:

If you were employed as an Assistant and/or Store Manager and was paid a salary and no overtime for working more than 40 hours a week we would like to speak with you. Assistant Managers and Store Managers are routinely denied overtime compensation even though the job duties they perform, including stocking shelves, cleaning, merchandising, cashiering, or fulfilling online orders, mean they should be classified as “non-exempt” and paid overtime. Please call Conway Legal at (215) 278-4782.

Hourly Workers

If you worked as an hourly-paid employee in a retail store and were not paid for all hours you worked we would like to speak with you. We have heard from hourly-paid employees, including those working for “big box” stores, that they were not paid for work they performed “off-the-clock,” including work they completed while they were logged into the timekeeping system (i.e., before or after a shift, or during a meal break). We have also received reports that supervisors have improperly changed employee time records to pay them less and save on labor expenses. If you have experienced this please call Conway Legal at (215) 278-4782.
