King Soopers/City Market Assistant Store Managers to Receive Notice of Overtime Lawsuit
Conway Legal is pleased to report that the district judge overseeing the case against King Soopers/City Market today approved a magistrate judge’s recommendation that notice of the lawsuit be distributed to all Assistant Store Managers employed by the company between July 7, 2017 and January 25, 2020. Judge Moore approved the Plaintiff’s request to send the notice by mail, e-mail, and text message, and also ordered the Defendants – Kroger and King Soopers/City Market – to post the notice in the employee break rooms in each of their stores. The notice describes the lawsuit and explains how current and former Assistant Store Managers can join the lawsuit. The notice will be distributed in the coming weeks.
