$425,000 – settlement of claims on behalf of more than 300 assistant restaurant managers and general managers-in-training who worked for TOMS King and related entities, owners and operators of Burger King restaurants in several states.  Managers were classified as “exempt” and paid no overtime.

$175,000 – confidential settlement of unpaid overtime and retaliation claims.
